Excel Invoice Manager is an application for MS Excel (it works with versions 2000, XP, 2003 and 2007) and it lets you create professional invoices from the data stored in the XLS worksheet you indicate.
The invoice creation process in Excel Invoice Manager is easy. Use some of the predesigned templates which you can alter and modify as you wish. The graphic editor where you design the invoice is WYSIWYG. The user can also give different formats to the Excel cells. It also lets you make internal calculations within the invoice and write the results in the corresponding cell.
One of the most interesting aspects of Excel Invoice Manager is that you can make very advanced searches using distinct criteria. The data that fill in each invoice can be passed to different PCs on a LAN.
